If the product is defective in any way, then please follow the guidelines under the "Two Year Limited Warranty" section below and return the product to HI-Dow.
Any other returns for exchange must be sent to Pain Relief Place, not to the manufacturer. Products must be re-packaged as they were received. Items not received in new condition and with all the original packaging, will not be credited for exchange.
Failure to send return items back to the correct address could result in improper crediting.
You have 30 days from the time of shipment to exchange your items. We do not provide refunds. All items returned within this time frame will be exchanged with the additional shipping charges.
You must obtain prior return approval either by e-mailing "firstname.lastname@example.org" or by phone to customer support 866-916-1850 before returning an item.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless an incorrect item was shipped.
We suggest delivery confirmation type of shipping on all returns or exchanges.
Discontinued items may not be returned.

We guarantee Hi-Dow products (Massage Mouse, Massage Mouse II, Optical Massage Mouse, Massage XP, Massage XP II, Massage XP III and Massage Shoes) free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, except as noted below.
This product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Pain Relief Place and Hi-Dow. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchase and operated in the USA or Canada. A product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under warranty. Pain Relief Place and Hi-Dow shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of 2 years from the original purchase date.
Please fill out Hi-Dow's Product Registration Form online to get a Product Registration ID within 30 days of your purchase. You can also send the registration form directly to Hi-Dow via mail.
We have received complaints recently about the quality of our Massage Mouse. We discovered that there are several unauthorized
sellers who sell counterfeited Massage Mouse without FDA (Federal Drugs and Administration) list/registration at a ridiculously low
price (maybe even lower than the wholesale price). To make sure that our customers are purchasing the genuine Massage Mouse,
Hi-Dow Development Company, as the sole distributor of Massage Mouse in Northern America, requires that our customers display a
receipt stating the purchase price in order to obtain our 2 year warranty service. Please remember to enclose a copy of your receipt with the vendor name and final purchase price.

Send the unit, your return address, your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase), Product Registration ID and indicate the problem with your unit. Please note that Hi-Dow only accepts exchange of defective products. They do not provide refunds. We suggest that you call Hi-dow at 314-569-2888, and let them know you are having problems with your unit and will be sending it in for repair or replacement.

Upon receipt, they will repair or replace, as appropriate, your product and return it to you. Warranty is solely through Hi-Dow Service Center. Service of this product by anyone other than Hi-Dow Service Center voids warranty.
Hi-Dow International Inc. reserves the right to discard the returned defective unit after 60 days from the date received by Hi-Dow International Inc. if the buyers cannot provide the documents below.
In order for Hi-Dow International Inc. to honor the Massage Mouse, Massage Mouse II, Massage XP, Massage XPO, MassageXP Micro, Massage XP4, iSmart and Massage Shoes 2 years warranty service the original packaging must be provided including Hi-Dow's massage unit and Hi-Dow's accessories (including pads, wires, etc). The two year warranty will not be honored if any of the products/accessories/parts are not Hi-Dow's box. In addition buyers must provide the following:
1. A copy of receipt with the valid retailer name
2. A copy of receipt with valid date of purchase
3. A copy of receipt stating the final purchase price
4. A check ($5.95 each unit) payable to "Hi-Dow International Inc" to cover the return shipping cost.
Pain Relief Place and Hi-Dow International Inc. will not take responsibility for any return product lost during the shipping. Please have the necessary assurance for the return.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
Body Clock Health Care Ltd - Five Year Limited Warranty
Body Clock guarantees the TENS machines (First Choice Plus and Flexi TENS) Accupuncture (Stimplus and Stimplus Pro) for a period of 5 years against manufacturer's defects. Please copy purchase details in the back of the booklet that comes with your TENS unit and keep for your records. This information must be with the unit should if it is defective and needs to be returned.
