Unless otherwise noted;

We offer a limited manufacturers warranty (12 months to 5 years) against factory defects.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO MANUFACTURER UNLESS AURTHORIZED OTHERWISE!

Please refer to the Warranty & Guarantee page for further details concerning manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable and a 10% return charge (15% on TDP Lamps) will be applied on ALL returned merchandise
and canceled orders with Pain Relief Place.
 
All items are returned at your expense.

All packaging materials, manuals and inserts, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories must be intact.

Please do not  tape, write or deface anything on the item or the package.

We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Note: Shipping charges will be deducted from the original price on all free shipping items returned.
