the investment i evermadeI purchased mine when i was in Las Vegas also, I have artherits and my siatica nerve is always hurting me from limping tried everything to take the pain away and nothing worked bought this and i never leave home with out it. hi dowI bought it in las vegas when I went on my vacation last march. I paid more in the mall,but it was worth it! walking up and down the strip. Shoulder's were in pain,my lower back also was in pain! I used it and took all that pain away!!! Also was good for my trip back home on the plane!
