Shipping and Handling

Packages are carefully processed from the moment the product is removed from inventory to the point at which it is transferred to the carrier.
Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has been cleared. We guarantee prompt and fast delivery!

Your shipping charge will automatically be calculated upon submission of your order, using USPS Postal rates. 

Most North American orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or US First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise by customer.
US First Class Mail includes small lightweight items weighing less than 1 pound, such as massage pads, wires, USB cable and etc. USPS is the most ecconomial and you will receive your order in about 3-4 buisness days. 

USPS Priority Mail Most orders are shipped by the Priority Mail (Please mark checkout page accordingly). Typically it takes 2 to 3 business days to receive
Priority Mail that is shipped within the continental U.S.  However, some items may have to be shipped from another location and therefore may take a few more days.

Local Pickup Only- if you are in the Raleigh-Clayton North Carolina area and wish to pick up your order personally, there will be no shipping charges

International orders are shipped using US Priority International Mail.  Email support@painreliefplace.com for questions.
Typically it takes 10 to 30 business days to ship outside of the continental U.S. If you request the shipping  cost of your order, please e-mail us.\ being sure to include the items you are ordering and the address that it is being shipped to.

Insurance: Deliveries are NOT insured against loss, theft and damage. Customer will need to inform support@painreliefplace.com if he/she
requires insurance.
 

Return Policy
Some manufacturers offer a 30 day money back guarantee policy as well as a limited warranty (12 months to 2 years, depending on the company) against factory defects.

However Pain Relief Place does not offer a money back guarantee for products.  However if you have a problem with your product you can send it back to the manufarer in most cases and it will be repaired or replaced.  All HI-Dow products have a warranty card in the original box.  Be sure to keep that, it is good for two years.
